I also try to find recipes for food that could be cooked multi-ways. One such example is this recipe for burger patties.
The first batch I cooked were made into burgers. Just sandwich the patty in a bun along with some lettuce, fresh tomato slices, cheese and a smattering of catsup and/or mayonaise. You could play it up further with some pickes, onions, cucumber, bacon or mushrooms. Again, the combination is up to your creativity. :)
